Free shipping in the U.S. for orders over $35
$3 flat rate for U.S
$10 flat rate for international shipments.
$6 international shipping for orders over $35
Orders usually take 2-4 days for delivery
Orders are processed between 1-3 business days however in most cases, orders will be shipped 1 business day after the order is placed. Orders can be shipped the same day the order is placed in some occasions. Please contact us if you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 days of your order being placed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to sanitary reasons we do not allow exchanges. You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Once your order ships we can not cancel an order so you will need to contact us by email. If your product arrives damaged or you are missing parts of your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement free of charge. If one of our products causes an unwanted skin reaction we will accept returns in this case.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. If you are outside of the United States and fail to pay customs charges and your package is returned to us, you are responsible for additional shipping charges to have it re-sent to you as well as customs fees required to obtain the package.
We are not responsible for orders that are stolen, damaged, or lost in transit and will not re-ship uninsured packages. We recommend adding Route package protection at checkout which will protect your shipment. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to the wrong address due to customer’s mistake but we will do our best to accommodate.
Route Shipping Insurance
If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route will replace your order or issue you a refund. Route insurance can be added on the cart page. Route insurance can’t be added after an order is placed. If you need to file a claim, please contact Route and your order will be re-shipped as quickly as possible.
