Do you ship internationally?
- Yes we ship to most countries. Enter your shipping information at checkout to find out if your country is included. (Most countries are included.)
I am a customer outside of the U.S., do I have to pay customs and taxes?
- All packages are shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by EXOS Health. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? (USA)
Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Orders in the U.S. usually take between 2-3 business days to arrive after being shipped. Please allow up to 7 days after shipping for delivery. If your order does not arrive in that time please contact us using the form on our website and include your order number. *Please note that we do not have any control over shipping delays after we have handed over the package to the shipping company. We will however work with them to get any issues sorted out.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? (International)
Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Most orders will be shipped the next day. International shipping usually takes between 5-14 days. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 30 days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free in the U.S. for orders over $30 and discounted for international orders over $30.
$2 flat rate for domestic shipments under 1 lbs.
$4 flat rate for domestic shipments above 1 lbs.
$10 flat rate for international shipments.
Orders are processed between 1-3 business days however in most cases, orders will be shipped the day after the order is placed. Orders can be shipped the same day the order is placed in some occasions. Please contact us if you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 days of your order being placed.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. If you are outside of the United States and fail to pay customs charges and your package is returned to us, you are responsible for additional shipping charges to have it re-sent to you as well as customs fees required to obtain the package.
We are not responsible for shipments delivered to the wrong address due to customer’s mistake. We will do our best to accommodate.
- If you sign up for a subscription to a product, you will be billed in the time period you requested. You will receive an email 3 days before an automatic billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. If you wish to cancel your order after your automatic billing, you may request a refund by email before your order ships. After your order ships we can not cancel your order.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns/exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or parts of your order are missing please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of damaged product and order number.

-With daily use our products last a long time. The African black soap will provide months of use. Our Vitamin C Serum and Argan oil will both last for multiple weeks. Depending on usage it can provide up to 3 months of use and in some cases even longer.
Is my information secure?
-We do not have access to personal credit card or bank account information. We will not use your email, phone number, or any personal information outside of uses necessary for your order or optional marketing from EXOS Health.
How long will it take for my skin to clear up?
-While you may begin to see results within the first few weeks, time is the key. Using these products will make your skin look and feel better over time. This time may vary from person to person depending on skin type.
